1. A fictional management simulation
Lottery Tycoon is a management simulation. Tickets, prize pools, deposits, prizes and money shown in gameplay are virtual, including amounts displayed with the ¥ symbol. The game does not sell real lottery tickets, accept real-money wagers or let you redeem game money or prizes for cash or goods. Outcomes do not predict real lottery results.
2. Free play and the permanent unlock
You can continue operating one lottery for free. The optional one-time multi-lottery purchase unlocks the second and third lotteries, up to three operating at once. It is not a subscription. The unlock does not grant game money, fund prize pools, guarantee sales or change prize probabilities. Each new lottery still requires the in-game funds and conditions shown in the game.
3. Price and payment
The price is supplied by Google Play for your account and region. Check the product, currency and total displayed in the Google Play confirmation screen before confirming. Charges, taxes and available payment methods are handled by Google Play. The app does not ask you to enter card details or transfer money to the developer. A canceled, failed or pending payment does not grant the unlock.
4. Restoring purchases
Use the Google Play account that bought the unlock and choose Restore purchases from the purchase screen. Restoration may require a network connection and an available Google Play service. The entitlement applies across local saves and new games; it is not stored inside a game save. Restoring the purchase does not restore lost game progress. If confirmation fails, check the account and connection or contact support.
5. Refunds and revoked purchases
You can request a refund through Google Play or contact us for assistance. Eligibility and handling depend on the product, purchase timing, region, Google Play policy and applicable law; a refund is not automatically guaranteed. If Google Play subsequently confirms that the purchase is no longer owned, the extra-lottery entitlement is removed. Existing multi-lottery save data is retained, but starting another sales period requires a valid unlock; you may also start a free single-lottery game.
6. Saving and keeping your progress
Game progress is stored locally. Use the in-game save slots and pay attention to save-failure notices before exiting. Clearing app data or uninstalling can permanently remove progress. There is no automatic cloud-save service, and purchase restoration only restores the entitlement. Updates aim to preserve supported saves, but keeping the app installed is not a substitute for checking that saving completed.
7. Fictional content and age suitability
Characters, news and winner stories belong to the simulation and are not factual reports about real people. They are not financial, investment or gambling advice. Please follow the age rating shown on the game’s store listing and your local requirements, and take breaks during play. No in-game outcome promises a real-world return.
